At Al Huda Jewellery, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all jewellery remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and protective shipping container, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship to Al Huda

  Use a trackable and insured shipping service to send your package to our quality control center to ensure the safety of your luxury items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
